Privacy notice

This notice summarizes the categories of information handled by the current Cliniment product.

Information processed

Cliniment processes account identity, clinic profile, team membership, patient contact information, services, availability, appointment requests, status history, notifications, subscription, and platform-payment information needed to operate the product.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, authorize clinic access, operate booking and scheduling workflows, present clinic analytics, and manage software subscriptions.

Access controls

Clinic data is tenant-isolated and access is governed by server-side role and permission checks. Public booking pages expose only information configured for patients.

External delivery

Email and WhatsApp delivery depend on separately configured providers. The default product should not be assumed to include live delivery integrations.

Deployment notice

Before production launch, the service operator should add jurisdiction-specific retention, legal basis, data-subject rights, processor, and contact information.
